Customer Service |
||||||
Customer Services exist to provide information (such as brochures, newsletters and educational materials) and connections for individuals to informal supports within the community. OPC provides interested citizens with information about various human services, programs. Customer Services supports the access function by ensuring consumers have a clear understanding of their condition, eligibility for services, access to providers, benefits, processes for payment and recipient rights. By using OPC's Customer Service line (919-913-4120 or 888.277.2303), callers can speak to a clinician about OPC's services, other government and non-profit agencies, national and local advocacy and support groups, self-help groups (such as 12-step groups), website/Internet information, and other creative and thoughtful ways to address a situation. A Customer Service Representative will problem-solve and lend direction to callers seeking to resolve a wide variety of problems. The Customer Service line is the place to obtain information, register concerns, complaints, and compliments about mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability services within Orange, Person, and Chatham counties. |
